30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@trends-zone.com. please note that a photo of the delivered item is required to process any return or refund request.If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), personal care items (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Digital products are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must provide photos or a video of the received item for verification.
After approval, the item must be returned before a replacement order can be placed.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@trends-zone.com.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
